Nestled into 15 acres of country setting, our 2012 Cherokee camper (Sammy’s Paddock) provides you a unique country experience. Tucked away in the farm setting, the serenity of fresh air and country living is combined with the ease of accessing downtown Omaha in 20min. Marked trails weave around the wooded property for early morning hikes or even a moonlit walk.
The space
A large grassy area for relaxing welcomes you to Sammy’s Paddock and is an inviting place to relax with a bon fire pit, year-round enjoyment.
A queen size bed awaits you in the bedroom, filling nearly the entire bedroom space and creating an incredibly cozy sleeping experience. A pull out couch, the kitchen table area become a full size bed are and then two bunk bed. Sammy’s Paddock can accommodate up to 5 people.
The portable bathroom and outdoor shower are located within 30 yards for the camping area.
The Kitchen is provided with a microwave, stove and oven (camper size), coffee pot. there is no running water but there is a water jug of fresh water provided for making coffee.
AC/Heater in the ceiling.
Guest access
As a guest you are welcome to explore the property and trails as well as take in the petting zoo at your leisure.
Other things to note
We welcome well behaved, pre-approved dogs to our property, but out of respect for our home and other guests, we ask that they remain off the furniture and supervised inside at all times. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog with you.
